Job Summary:

The Senior Accounts manager is responsible for growing the InnovationOne business by developing business with current accounts. The Senior Accounts Manager will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs, manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships with clients, lead and direct the work of others.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Nurture and grow sales from AT LEAST 3 key accounts
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product
• Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
• Liaise between the customer and internal teams
• Secure feedback from clients for improvement
• Secure referral from clients to capture new opportunities
• Secure an upgrade or renewal from accounts managed

Educational Background and Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management course
• At least 2 years of proven work experience in accounts management
• 5 years of marketing experience
• Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing and internet technology
• Familiar with a variety of digital advertising and marketing concepts, practices and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
