Duties and Responsibilities:

• An ability to manage on delivering projects and be able to answer inquiries on time
• Developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs and has hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks.
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.
• Communicates ideas and strategies with clients and caters to their needs
• Presents creative concepts to clients and monitors every phase of the project, from pre-production to post-production.
• Collaborates with internal members to promptly discuss what the clients want to achieve
• Makes sure that the production team is on track and all deliverables are complete and within budget
• Presents outputs to clients to gather feedback or approval of designs before moving forward with the following production stages
• Solves any issues that surface when working on a project
• Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.

Educational Background and Work Experience:

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business/ Media communications or related field a plus.
• At least 3-5 years of experience as an accounts & sales handling in a video production company or agency centered on video executions.
• Previous Video production / events experience is a must
• Has Presentation and Reporting skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php29,000.00 per month
