Duties and Responsibilities:

1. SITE MANAGEMENT

• Site maintenance and structure assessment
• Administer renewal of site contract
• Site monitoring of booked sites
• Conduct ocular visits
• Check weather condition for possible typhoons
• Sending of accomplishment report to operations, clients and sales

2. CONTRACTOR COORDINATION

• Installation and Dismantling of BB
• Evaluates proposed quotations by contractors;
• Provides project in-house costing and computation;
• Reviews construction drawings and project proposal;
• Tracks project progress and reporting on results;

3. DOCUMENTATION

• Site permit and OBO compliance
• Updated compilation of all contracts and contractor's files
• Masterlist of all site rental rates, site owner and bookings

4. PROJECT COMPLIANCE

• Construction Planning
• Project Management
• Maintenance of billboard
• Special Execution
• Will serve as the safety officer;
• Site Development - contracting, processing of license and permit etc.

5. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Propose development on site build-up or site acquisition.
• Conduct feasibility study on proposed sites.
• Attend local government forums and planning and OHAAP meetings
• Coordinate with Government offices for updated guidelines (DPWH, DOLE, OBO and etc.)

Educational Background and Work Experience:

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 1 - 2 years of work experience in civil / structural engineering.
• Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply
