Job Summary:

The Media Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the timely and efficient delivery of content management services in line with sales contracts and client expectations. This role ensures accurate media content upload and monitoring, effective coordination with internal teams and external partners, and proper risk management to safeguard operations. The Media Management Supervisor leads a team, establishes operational strategies, and develops policies for seamless implementation of services. Additional responsibilities include maintaining system security, managing content management system (CMS) accounts, and preparing financial and project reports. The role also involves performance evaluation, team development, and the continuous improvement of processes and procedures to meet the organization's goals and service-level agreements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Achieve timely and efficient delivery of Media Management Request

• Manages content upload/unload and ensures accurate service delivery based on sales contract and schedule
• Ensures all media content played is in accordance to Company/team’s set rules and regulations
• Delivers services for internal and external clients on a timely and effective manner
• Coordinates with Sales, Technical Support Team and other departments in order to ensure smooth services to clients and maintain good working relationship with them.
• Coordinates and negotiates with Suppliers and Partners in order to ensure smooth implementation and maintain good working relationship with them
• Performs risk management by identifying and responding to potential concerns to minimize negative impact and help ensure the safety of the workers
• Manages CMS accounts, access and subscriptions and ensures timely renewals
• Monitors and prepares project expense reports
• Ensures billing reports are submitted accurately and timely
• Ensures proper documentation of all Photo and Video reports
• Prepares report such as but not limited to Monthly Accomplishment Report

2. Development and coordinate with partner contractors and suppliers

3. Establish and implement good working process with Sales Team, External Partners, Technical Support Team and other divisions.
4. Manage and Safeguard User access of all subscriptions, accounts, and remote access to ensure security from external threats/hacks

• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Liaise and communicate clearly the implementation and progress of projects initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Forecast and track key account metrics.
• Implement security standard, controls and best practices
• Perform regular audits and compliance checks
• Protecting systems from external threats and data loss
• Identifying risks and vulnerabilities and developing solutions and countermeasures
• Facilitating and participating in risk management activities related to Network Security
• Management and Reporting on Identity and Access Management Systems
5. Conducts periodic meetings with Clients.

6. Manages effectively the schedules of Media management Team

7. Regularly monitors and evaluates performance

8. Sets clear accountabilities, targets, performance measures and performance evaluation parameters for the team by using tools like performance development plan and evaluation.

9. Ensures that itinerary of the team are properly set, up to date and strictly followed by the each member

10. Logs all activities for proper processing.

11. Identifies subordinates' training needs and ensure that appropriate training is provided;

12. Identifies subordinates’ equipment/tools needs and ensure that appropriate resources are provided

13. Develop and implement standards, policies, and procedures on all Job Order implementation

• Conduct assessment in existing standards, policies and procedures
• Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals
• Formulate and implement team policies and procedures to maximize output
• Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.

14. Liaison with the top management.

• Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activities.
• Implement and manage operational plans.
• Conduct research and development activities for the improvement of media management

15. Develop standards, monitoring and implementation of Service Level Agreements (SLA)

16. Manages daily operation of all display and ensures all contents are playing and updated accurately.

17. Ensures all are played in accordance to the agreed SLA

18. Strategizes for preventive and corrective measures to make sure that CMS equipment are in good working condition

19. Monitors equipment and software performance and periodically prepares report with analysis and recommendation

20. Monitors timeliness and accuracy of photo report submission. Prepares applicable reports

21. To perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Educational Background and Work Experience:

1. IT or any Business Management related course
2. With 1-2 yrs work experience in content management
3. Experience in handling people or has team leading experience
4. Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and night shift (after mall hours)
5. Good in Excel Sheet and good reporting skills (preparation of charts, updates, and presentation)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php33,000.00 - Php38,000.00 per month

Education:

Experience:

• Content Management: 2 years (Preferred)
