Duties and Responsibilities:
• Keeping track of all the billings, statement of accounts, and electrical tapping agreements;
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries from billings and SOA and resolved discrepancies;
• Processes monthly due payments for electricity bills for billboards nationwide;
• Maintaining historical records;
• Coordinates electrical concerns with electrical company and contractors;
• Process electrical applications, account modifications, and other related transactions;
• Updates system through regular upload of data under electrical section;
• Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responds to all vendors queries regarding payment;
• Analyses accounts and produces quarterly reports; and
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Educational Background and Work Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any business related field of study.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
• Preferably knowledgeable in photoshop
Key Competencies and Skills Needed:
• Must be knowledgeable in basic accounting principles.
• A thorough understanding of MS Office applications.
• Ability to scrutinize minuscule details and spot errors.
• Able to establish and preserve productive partnerships with client and vendors in a professional manner using tact, patience, and courtesy.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, supervise, and manager office workflow, delivery of printed materials for quality checking even when working under tight deadlines.
• A customer focus attitude to regard those to whom services are provided for as customers.

Pay: Php19,400.00 - Php21,900.00 per month
