Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Research and Analysis:

• Interns to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend analysis to provide valuable insights to account managers. This information can help account managers better understand client needs and market dynamics.

2. Administrative Support:

• Interns to assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, drafting emails, and organizing documents. This support allows account managers to focus on client relationships and strategic planning.

3. Project Coordination:

• Interns to help coordinate various projects by liaising with different departments, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. This assistance ensures that account managers can efficiently manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

4. Proposal and Presentation Preparation:

• Interns to assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for client meetings. This may involve gathering data, creating visual aids, and formatting documents to ensure they are professional and compelling.

5. Learning and Development:

• Interns to do from shadowing account managers during client meetings, strategy sessions, and negotiations. This exposure allows interns to gain firsthand experience and learn about account management best practices.

6. Feedback and Improvement:

• Interns to provide feedback on existing processes and suggest improvements based on their observations and experiences. This input can help optimize workflows and enhance overall efficiency within the account management team.

Educational Background and Work Experience:

• Student of any business related course, marketing or mass communication

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 3 months

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Location:

• Makati City (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
